2) Almonds

Healthy orange juice provides H2O for proper hydration and tons of Vitamin-C. Vitamin-C helps has antioxidants to help protect the skin and protect cells from being damaged by free radicals in the environment.

5) Sunflower Seeds

Sunflower seeds are another seed jam packed with Vitamin-E. Once again, Vitamin-E helps protect the skin from free radicals in the environment. They’re also inexpensive and a great option if you’re looking for something that’s vegetarian friendly.

6) Salmon and Tuna

Oily fish like salmon and tuna are known to provide your body with a B Vitamin, which includes Biotin. Biotin has many different functions, such as producing fatty acids. These fatty acids metabolizes into amino acids. Amino acids are important because they help prevent scaly skin. No one wants a scaly face!

7) Complex Carbs

Pizza, spaghetti and other white flour products may be cheap and delicious, but they just aren’t good for your appearance. Processed foods like these are known to cause pimples to flare up. Try replacing these carbs with healthier, complex carbs such as barley, quinoa, and brown rice. You want to aim for foods that are lower on the glycemic index.
