Appointments

Guests are encouraged to schedule spa treatments in advance.  We are an appointment based Medical Spa & while we would do our best to accommodate walk-in clients, we can not guarantee availability for services.

Scheduling

A credit card will be required to hold your appointment.  To schedule an appointment please call 717.792.3000

Cancellations

We understand things happen, if you need to cancel an appointment we will require a 4 hour notice before the time of your appointment. If appointments are not cancelled within the designated time, 50% of the cost of the treatment will be charged. Thank you.

Arrival

Arriving 15 minutes prior to your appointment will allow you to complete our health and skin care profile. Please understand that latecomers will incur the full fee for shortened treatments.

Gratuity

Our staff takes special care in providing you with individual attention and appreciate your generosity. Gratuities are not included in the cost of the treatment. The recommended standard gratuity is 15%-20%. Gratuities must be cash or check directly to your service provider, as it can not be added to a credit card charge.

Personal Property

We suggest that you leave your valuables at home, as we are not responsible for any lost or stolen articles.

Payment

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, cash and York Medical Spa gift cards.

Gift Certificates

York Medical Spa gift cards make the perfect gift for any occasion. They may be used toward treatments or products, (unless otherwise noted) and must be presented at time of service. Gift certificates are not refundable.

Coupons or Discount Codes

Coupons are limited to one customer per service.  Coupons can not be applied to services that are already on sale, a monthly promotion, or packaged discounted service.  If you have a groupon voucher and do not come to a scheduled appointment your voucher will be redeemed.
